Recent winner of the Trafford Centre award for Best Newcomer, Giraffe, situated on the first floor of a busy eating area designed in the shape and style of a boat, offers something a bit different.
From the outside, it’s a mixture of slightly distressed bodega and funky family restaurant. Venture indoors and you’ll find an informal, friendly venue. Bright, cosmopolitan and fresh, Giraffe appeals to children and adults alike.
The food here tastes good and looks good. A separate children’s menu has healthy and vegetarian choices including salmon fingers whilst the adult version is extremely varied with inspiration from across the world including curries, burritos and Mezze. The smoothies are out of this world but whatever your taste there’s something for everyone.
The service is equally impressive. Friendly staff are always on hand to find tables and highchairs as well as balloons, crayons and menus to colour in.
The quality of the service and the variety of the food makes Giraffe a class apart.
Giraffe is great at any time of day; for a pre-shopping breakfast, quick lunch or evening meal.
