Alimentum is Cambridge’s newest fine-dining restaurant and is making serious impact, recently awarded a 3 Rosette quality accreditation by the AA and rave reviews for its ethical and eco friendly values. The restaurant’s founder, John Hudgell, is keen to encourage families to his vibrant, European styled restaurant :
“Having a young family myself, I realise how important it is to feel comfortable taking your children out for meals. I’m a huge fan of the continental way of doing things, where families with young children are made to feel welcome and relaxed. At Alimentum I am keen to embrace these principles, and to make your family visit enjoyable and stress free! High chairs, baby changing facilities, half portions or more child friendly options are all available, and we’ll heat bottles up for you too!”
To encourage families at weekends, we’ve designated Saturday lunchtimes a Kids Go Free time. For every adult order from the a la carte menu, a children’s meal can be ordered free of charge from our children’s menu, just ask to see the special menu of the day when you arrive. If there’s nothing there to tempt the little ones we’re confident we can rustle up something that will hit the spot – it’s all ethically sourced too!
